About me

About 5 years ago, I was overweight, overeating, unhappy in myself and in my life. I had no direction. Or so I thought.

I was a serial yo-yo dieter and after many an extreme diet, I would soon bounce back into my old habits, circling weight gain and frustrations before searching for a new diet to get me skinny in 3 days. I can honestly say I tried almost every diet you can think of, but nothing was working for me.

I bet they aren’t working for you either and that’s exactly why you are here! Well, good news you are in the right place. After years of interest, research, study, trial and error I found a way to be balanced and healthy, maintaining a weight that I feel most confident.

I am happier than I have ever been and that’s not because I’m slim, its because I have a healthy relationship with the gym and my diet. My goal is to try and educate as many people as I can to prevent them from having to endure the same thing I did. In an industry that is so misleading and money grabbing, I want to be as honest and transparent as I can be.
