Hey Sharon, so when I first started I had no confidence in myself at all I would always put myself down and allow others to,I couldn’t go to the gym properly or wear certain outfits and that would make me feel so low. My weight and my eating patterns really affected my mental health I felt as though I was in a rut and couldn’t get out of it. When I started the online coaching it really gave me motivation to start my weight loss journey, within a few weeks I started to feel so much happier in myself not just because of the weight loss because I felt more confident in myself that I can do some thing. I feel as though this plan has benefited me so much especially with my mental health, I know have more confidence in myself to do anything. Simple things as changing what I eat and help towards my work outs has majorly changed me. Moving forward I will always look back on the plan to reflect on what nutrition and fluid intake I should have. Thank you for everything you have done for me it really has made an impact in my life ♥️

Before I started with Sharon I was going through a really rough time, a horrible breakup and just felt unhealthy and overweight. I had a really unhealthy relationship with the scales and would watch them fluctuate over the years causing me to lose the weight and give up over and over. I would under eat during the week and pig out on the weekends.

I can honestly say Sharon has been a god send. She has educated me on my unhealthy food habits and I don’t feel restricted in what I eat anymore. My mental health and confidence just continues to grow as the weight drops off. My old gym clothes look good again! She has been that person in my life that I never knew I needed and thank you just doesn’t cut it because she has changed my life. Not only has she helped me get a whole new body but made a horrible time in my life a lot easier.
